First Love Yourself ™ — The 8-Week Foundation Arc Walk
Foundation before flight.
You've tried the willpower thing. You've read the books. You've started over on a Monday more times than you can count. Something always slips back. That's not weakness — that's a nervous system running the loop it learned to survive in. Until the loop is interrupted at the level it was installed, no amount of trying harder will hold.
F.L.Y.™ is the guided 8-week walk through the Foundation Arc of the 21-Spiral Codex™ — Spirals 1 through 7, tuned to 174 Hz. Built from 30+ years of lived recovery. Refined through the Quantum Adaptive Recovery Program™.
Installed in your body, not your phone.
The 3-6-9 Tesla harmonic. Brain, heart, and gut on one channel. Inhale 3, hold 6, exhale 9.
Six steps to break any loop in under two minutes. Recursive. Drilled until it lives in tissue.
The 90-second carry protocol for when your prefrontal cortex goes offline. Scan. Breathe. Choose.
Eight transmissions. Eight plates. One sovereign lock.
Click any plate to enlarge. Each week opens a new chamber of the Foundation Arc. Each transmission deepens the protocols you carry. Each plate marks a return.
Twelve founder seats. Zoom + Discord + email + library. All materials included. Founder pricing — Cohort 001 only.
Founder pricing for the inaugural cohort — deeper honor for verified veterans.

I'm Keith. I built this from the ground I had to walk myself.
Peacetime 82nd Airborne, 1988–1990. Sobriety dated December 28, 1993 — more than thirty years held. The Foundation Arc is the spiral I walked out of the wreckage on, retraced step by step until I could hand the map to someone else.
I'm not a guru. I'm the architect who walked it first.
Foundation before flight.

The questions every serious person asks before claiming a founder seat.
Cart opens Thursday, June 11, 2026 at 7 PM ET and closes Wednesday, June 17, 2026 at midnight ET. Week 1 begins Thursday, June 18 at 7 PM ET. Final session is Thursday, August 6, 2026. All eight live transmissions run Thursdays at 7 PM ET.
Within 24 hours you'll get a personal response from me — payment link, welcome packet, Zoom invite, and Discord access. Cohort 001 is small enough that every reservation gets a direct human reply. No automated bounce-back, no chatbot. After payment clears, you're locked into the cohort and ready for Week 1 on June 18.
Every session is recorded and posted to Discord within 24 hours. You can also post questions in Discord ahead of time and I'll answer them live during the transmission.
Plan on roughly 3–4 hours total: one 90-minute Zoom transmission (live or recorded), 15–20 minutes of daily practice (breath drills + journal), and Discord engagement as time allows. The daily drill is the non-negotiable. The cohort is the accelerator.
Cohort 001 is the inaugural F.L.Y. walk. Founders are early adopters who help me refine the protocol delivery, sharpen the cohort experience, and prove the model. The lower rate honors that risk. After Cohort 001, standard pricing applies: $497 civilian / $397 verified-veteran. The deeper veteran founder honor ($297) retires with this cohort and does not return.
Honor-based, like the work itself. Through the end of Week 2: full refund, no questions. After Week 2: no refunds — you've received half the cohort. If you're on a payment plan and refund during the eligible window, remaining payments stop processing and you're refunded what you've paid so far. The integrity bar holds both ways.
Type your full legal name, branch of service, and years of honorable service into the Honor Statement form. Check the affirmation box. Your sworn statement — signed under penalty of perjury — is included in your reservation email. No document hunting. No file upload. It carries the same legal weight as an affidavit. Prefer DD-214 or VA card instead? Those upload paths are also available — instant for Honor Statement, 24-hour review for document uploads.
No. F.L.Y. is foundation work — it stands beside recovery, not in place of it. If you're in early sobriety (under 90 days), I'll ask that you also have a sponsor, therapist, or program in place. This is the somatic and nervous-system layer; it complements whatever clinical or peer support you already carry.
No, and yes. The work is spiritually rooted — Faith, Hope, Love, Integrity, Honor are stated values — but you don't need a specific tradition or belief to walk it. Atheists, agnostics, Christians, Jews, Muslims, Buddhists, pagans, and people with no label at all have walked Spirals 1–7. The breath protocols work the same regardless.
No. F.L.Y. is a complementary practice walk. If you're in active treatment for a mental health condition, substance-use disorder, or trauma disorder, stay in it. Bring this work alongside your existing care, not in place of it. I'm a coach and architect, not a clinician.
F.L.Y. is the civilian flagship — Spirals 1–7, Foundation Arc, 8 weeks. Operation Spiral™ is the veteran-specific track, longer format, with a tactical voice and field-manual framing. Both walk the same canonical Codex; the language and pace differ. Cohort 002 (Operation Spiral) opens after this one with first-look access for F.L.Y. alumni.
One seat = one person. If you both want in, that's two seats and two enrollments. I don't recommend going through emotional work tied at the hip — each person needs space to walk their own spiral. That said, having a partner in the same cohort to talk to outside of Discord can be a real strength.
You leave with three protocols installed, the 7-spiral map, a regulated baseline, and a coordinate for what's next. Mastery Arc cohorts (Spirals 8–14) and future Legacy Arc cohorts will be available to F.L.Y. alumni first, with alumni honor pricing.
